We want you to be happy with your Velmora order. If something is not right, please contact us through our Contact page and we will help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without reasonable care may not be eligible for a refund.
